    • Presence or absence of a special room for one-on-one interviewing with viewing by clients
    • Whether in-house recruiting capabilities are provided
    • Special audiences available
    • Availability of a large room suitable for mock juries or audience studies
    • Respondent Internet access, including speed of the connection
    • Description of the location
    • Distance from the nearest airport
    • Services offered
    • Nearby hotels and their telephone numbers
    • Whether video and/or web streaming conferencing is available for remote viewing of focus groups, and the name of the service used
    • Internet capabilities, including whether usability testing is offered
  • Facilities are rated on the quality of each of the following, using a scale from 1 to 99:
    • Recruiting
    • Personnel and the service they provide
    • The physical facility, including conference and viewing rooms
    • Location
    • Food service
    • Value
    • And an overall score, a weighted average of the above 6 ratings
