The 2008 Edition of the Impulse Survey is once
again a spiral-bound book and is available now.

The 2008 Edition is $85.00, with discounts for moderators who rated 6 or more facilities (see "Discounts" below) by February 15, 2008. Every order includes both the printed book and online access via Adobe Acrobat You can order online with a credit card, print-out the order form and send a check, or order by phone: 310-559-6892. Moderators and researchers: please continue to rate facilities as you use them in 2008. Your rating of at least 6 facilities will entitle you to a discount on the cost of the 2009 edition. Facility information will be updated online during the year. Facility owners may update their information any time by going to http://www.impulsesurvey.com and clicking on "Facility Owners."
